Overview Service Contracts Program Samples Previous Projects

The following are just some of the code and programs created or modified by WANM's programming staff.

Current Projects:

The DirecPC Linux Driver Project. - Support for Hughes Direcway USB devices under linux.
Local Copy

Promise SATA driver patch for SATA150 TX chips (eg RAID controller on Asus P4C800 motherboards)
Patch to allow the driver to build for kernel 2.6 is Here

Old Projects:
(some of these are no longer current simply because I no longer run Windows on ANY of my systems)

ICS Settings - Allow running of various programs in host mode on Win 98 with Internet Connection Sharing enabled. Includes PC Anywhere, Need for Speed Porsche, Napster.

SerialKey - Similar to SerialKey device support in Windows Accessibility options, but more configurable - you can filter out certain keystrokes, define initialization strings for the reader etc.  (designed for bar code readers)

DJ Desktop - Currently in pre-releaseAlpha 1. MP3 file manager and player. Downgraded to a file manager only (has MP3 specific renaming/id3 tagging functions, like bulk "remove artist name and move to Artist sub-dir). PCDJ and similar are better/existing players.
Dropped because this is a windows program, and I now run Linux everywhere.

Squid Patch to record volume to each client and from each neighbour/parent
Docs on patch. Recent Squids have had this feature added by the squid team, so this patch is obsolete.

Source ip based Squidge for tracking where your data came FROM inside waix/saix.
(this is designed to obtain data from CISCO routers - you need to be an ISP connected to one of these peering points to use Squidge). Uses BGP data to identify the source ISP.

Email Bouncer bouncer.pl for sending an "Unknown User" response to the sender
of an E-Mail. Simply set up an alias bouncer: "| bouncer.pl" and forwardthe junk
mail to bouncer@your.mail.server

Linux Kernel patch to blockIP-Spoofing from ISP clients.
This was for a 2.0.36 Kernel I think. It also requires a modified version of /sbin/ifconfig if you wish to change the spoof-checking state of aninterface from the default (check all P-t-P interfaces but no others)

Other materials will be made available as I find the source code.
